Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products sold by Jasia Styleshop ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Products
All products are sold as described at the time of purchase. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the final item. We reserve the right to modify product contents without notice, provided the overall value and curation remain consistent.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
3. All sales are final
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each Pearl Kit is a carefully curated, delicate collection that is not designed to withstand multiple shipments. We encourage you to review all product information before completing your purchase. If you have questions prior to purchasing, please contact us at hello@jasia.design.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work to make it right at our discretion.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping is fulfilled via UPS Ground (1–5 business days). Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
We take disputes seriously. If you have a concern with your order, please contact us directly at hello@jasia.design before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with full transaction documentation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Jasia Styleshop — including product names, imagery, copy, and branding — is the property of Jasia Styleshop. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
7. Social Media and User Content
By tagging @thepearlkit on social media, you grant Jasia Styleshop a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reshare your content across our social channels with appropriate credit. We will never use your content for paid advertising without your explicit consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasia Styleshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
